If they are getting out of selling cars, makes total sense to offer more trucks as that is what people are buying.

Basically, seems like it would be a good choice for young people or non traditional truck buyers.

Back in the 1980s my buddy used one of these for his classic VW business, was a decent little truck.

I know what you're saying, I almost bought one of those back then, but then was offered a Chevy S-10 pickup by an in-law and had to take that deal. I'm actually one of those who believe that pickups have grown too big over the decades and miss my '81 Toyota pickup. BUT, this being the good ol' USofA where everything has to be bigger to be better, we are in the minority with our beliefs and something that small today, would be ridiculed. I hope I'm wrong, but....

I make this truck comparison with motorcycles. Back in the 60s you rode a 125cc or a 250cc and got around fine. Or a small Vespa. Now, we've been brainwashed that if you don't have 1800ccs between your legs you ain't a serious rider.

Another great thing about this Country is it really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, you are able to choose what is right for you and what will make you happy whether its a 700HP Hellcat or a 125cc Motorcycle.
