    Just wondering if anyone has a 19 ft escape travel trailer from Escape Industries in Chillawack B.C. that they tow with a Toyota Tacoma V6, If so, How does it tow? THANKS

    Their website says the 19' model is designed to be towed by trucks/suvs with 6cyl engines and a capacity of 5,000lbs max.

    Dry weight of 3000 on twin axles, I've not seen that setup before. It should tow fine.

    We have a Jayco 175rd Baja Edition that is a single axle and weighs a bit more

    Costs a lot less too, but that may not be an issue for you. As far as towing, your Tacoma will run at noticeably higher RPMs to keep up with freeway and uphill traffic, bit it will do fine with ETC switched on and wxtr fuel tanks if you are boondocking because your mileage will suck. Be sure to have load levelers and a ebrake controler.
