I'm looking at the following 2 lift kits and have questions regarding wheel and tire choice. I just ordered some new Relation Racing Wheels which are 17x9, 0 offset, and 5.00 backspacing. I was looking to mount 285/70/17 or 295/70/17 tires. The Icon lift specifically states "Aftermarket Wheels: 8.5" Wide, 4.75" Backspace" and the Headstrong kit makes no mention of wheel specs. I'm mostly worried about the tire rubbing on the UCA. Can anyone provide any insight? I also checked willtheyfit.com andit looks like I may be in the clear but I'm not certain. https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/icon-...n-system-tubular-uca-k53004t/_/R-FRDK-K53004T

If you haven’t already found out from icon directly ‘you should be fine’: that’s what they told me.. i called with the same issue: 4.75” for deltajoint UCA and 5” for their uniball.. (it’s the same uca- just different joints & they are interchangeable). Call icon just to hear it for your own piece of mind
