So when I drive at night with my headlights on, my left turn signal stays illuminated. It doesn't flash and it won't go off until I turn the headlights off. It happens 3 out of 4 times I drive with my headlights on.

Anyone have this before or have an idea where should start looking?

Quite possible the headlights are grounding back through the left turn signal .

When you use the left turn signal do all the lights blink??( head lights dash lights tail lights)

Can`t hurt to check if you have a trailer converter box causing the problem

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
I had a similar problem that turned out to be a bad aftermarket trailer light wiring harness.
