Lift, wheels, and tires

I'm looking at the following 2 lift kits and have questions regarding wheel and tire choice. I just ordered some new Relation Racing Wheels which are 17x9, 0 offset, and 5.00 backspacing. I was looking to mount 285/70/17 or 295/70/17 tires. The Icon lift specifically states "Aftermarket Wheels: 8.5" Wide, 4.75" Backspace" and the Headstrong kit makes no mention of wheel specs. I'm mostly worried about the tire rubbing on the UCA. Can anyone provide any insight? They will fit but you will most likely need a cab mount chop.
