looking to go with 8 or 10 with 18s. Want to have them stick out about an inch but not sure I can achieve that with only 8in wide wheels? looking for the height to stay about the same or one size taller....

What tires you plan on running? Stick out an inch from where they are or an inch past the fenders? 18x9 -12 will stick out a ways. Won’t help with fitting larger tires, but it is your truck and you can do whatever you want to it.

sticking out has alot to do with offset. a negative offset will make it stick out further from the suspension.

Looking at the Falken wildpeaks A/T and yes looking for 1in outside fenders. I know I have 265/65 17 stock so maybe one size taller or stay the same with 18in wheels. Also wanting to go with a B or C rating on tire so that its not to heavy. I have a 2 in aluminum spacer up front and wanting 1in dakers in the back to toughen up the rear a little. Not sure on wheel type yet...
