Hats off those that are happy with a stock truck I admire the discipline.

As for me I will stop modding when my liver spotted hands have a weak grip on the steering wheel an the family jewels hang lower than the hoops on the predator nerfbars.:bikewheelie2:

I’ve never owned a stock vehicle. To each his own.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
I'm also doing some mods with higher-end gear than previously, some lower-end. Based upon my needs I don't need a Warn 12000 pound winch - we just don't use it enough. Good strong recovery points? Yes. The best suspension I can get to maximize ride comfort daily while performing well offroad? Yes. Actual rock sliders instead of nerf bars? Yes. Extreme lift pushing limits of CV joints? Nope. Stock ride height is just fine, needs a bit more to level and accommodate weight on front end is all. Chrome and other cosmetics? Yes. Will my choices be what you want? No. Is my truck your truck? No. So do to your truck what makes you happy. Some guys spend hours clay barring the finish while I'm happy to point out the scratch from that last trail run. That's what makes car fanatics so special - we come from a lot of different desires, but all align on the fact that our vehicles are not simple means to move from A to B, but rather a special thing that enriches our lives and experiences with other people.
