Lol! He's prone to breaking shit.

I didn't get a chance to do it, but I guess there's rock gardens out at superstition too. But yeah man, there's talk about running Holcomb in the next few months (or sooner depending on the snow), most our trips just pop up like "you doing anything this weekend? No? Ok let's go!"

Yep seems to be how it goes.

Oh shit haha yeah that’s important.

Yes it is. There’s other trails and such, like Gold mountain, if we need something more tame.

If you want a bit of everything you can meet up in Seeley and camp in super the first night. Play around super which doesn't take long and overland salton city. Set up camp in truck haven and crawl your guys asses off. I've driven that route a few times. Lots of wheeling with good supply stops with seeley and salton city.

Appreciate the feed back man, that sounds pretty cool. I'm actually more of a go fast guy than a crawler, but crawling is always fun to learn to be better and I could always use more experience. Might have to check these spots out soon!

I don't mind the trails. When I need a spotter I get bored, but I'm not a bad spotter. I like the go fast personally but I know how to crawl and I'll crawl my ride when I have to or for good company. @YumaTRD @erice . lol

I wouldn't call TDS a shit show. It's very well organized and the Vendor row turn out is great. The raffle prizes are sweet every year.

The notches at night, now that's a shit show.

That's what I was referring to. I agree that TDS is well organized and the raffle prizes are awesome. But there is a lot of craziness at the notches and elsewhere with drunk idiots at all hours...
I've gone a few times and have always had fun. I just stay away from the notches after dark.

Yea one middle finger came up from a range rover backseat in the notches. Then a sea of Mexicans threw volleys of glass bottles it from every direction. It was gnarly

I plan on going, I’ve went the last few years. I don’t really go to the main event but its fun to drive around and watch people flip over right below telephone booth. Last year a guy in a stock tacoma tried reversing up the obstacle that is a like 4x3 stack of concrete pipe. It was pretty wild.

Best bet is to be parked by night time before the drunk drivers are in full force, or stay somewhere far away from the crazy.

I didn’t make the superstition meet this year, hopefully next year I can go. I’ve never been, and it looks like fun!
