    Thanks! Only lift is in front from installing new 4Runner struts. They raised front end about 1.25". Tires would have rubbed but I'm running 2" wheel spacers as I like the stance w tires just outside the flares. When I can get it outside and flex a little I'll see if I get any rub. It's very close at about 3/4 lock. If needed I'll order a 2" lift kit as I wouldn't mind that anyways BUT I do kinda like the big tire, low squatty, look too. Overall I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Few tweaks and alignment stuff to fix and it should be good to go!

    Thanks Taco.....I did also install new, black, rear bumper and I have new LED foglights for front to replace the yellowed out ones in pic. Next week going to have windows tinted dark, add stereo system, amp and speakers and maybe the window air deflectors. Future plans include installing 4Runner seats and center console, armrest too. For now though I am just super anxious to get it on the road!!

    Looking awesome! Someone local to me has done the same front end swap to a regular cab.

    Have you though about taking the little piece cut off the fender, to clear the gas cap, and putting it on the gas cap?

    Yes, I set the cutoff piece there after finishing the cut but I was not crazy about the seam in the middle of the flare AND my cut was less then perfect. Next one I was thinking of using gas door line as my guide to get a nice clean cut and try it.

    Took truck out last night....few issues arose. Trucks been sitting for 2-3 years so I was expecting some. Heater initially worked but then water valve clogged so replace that as it was corroded, that worked but then heater core clogged so flushed that, purged air from system and now have good heat. Truck runs out good. Added some dry gas and Lucas to tank and topped off w premium. Ran around on backroads in and out of 4WD etc and everything's pretty good. Tires dig great and r really quiet at 60MPH too....so far happy w them. Tomorrow is a tune up. New plugs, wires, cap n rotor. Already did air filter and oil and filter. I also dropped blower motor and cleaned out and lubed. Moves alot more air now. Love the firmness of the ride and all my soundproofing on cab paid off as its quiet inside. I also had windows tinted yesterday too. Still some work to do but so far I am happy!!

    Thanks! Yeah I like it too. One other thing I discovered yesterday with the water valve is that the cable that hooks to the slider arm in the cab was broke. Evidently the valve was stuck/corroded and somebody forced it and snapped off the end. I ordered a new cable this morning, looks like an easy fix. Also installed a new bluetooth stereo and replaced the little mini bulb behind the heater controls so I can now see what I am adjusting....LOL.

    Ha ha... yeah, I'm a detail guy. I kinda have OCD too. I get this vision in my head of what I want and just kinda get after it.

    @Sn22

    I revived both of the 95.5s that I have: 1 is 2.7 auto 4x4; 2 is 3.4 auto 4x4. Neither quite as far as you, but both are getting there. One was a lifer in the rust belt and basically every corner, and significant portions of the frame, were rusted out. Number 2 had suffered a pretty hard front end collision. My welding and body work skills definitely improved. I enjoy both of them.

    Didn't make any build threads, but here are some highlights.

    Either replaced or used new metal to repair. Day 1. This is the good side.

    Nice work Wsidr1!! Excellent idea of spray painting the outline of the patch panel to get your cut line...I am going to remember that! Trucks look great, especially your first one :thumbsup: My next project will definately get more metal patches as this project improved my welding skills alot. I am already on the hunt for another one! :cheers:
