    hello all,

I’ve searched high and low but can’t seem to find the answer. Those of you who have replaced your OEM bumper, equipped with BSM and back up sensors, with an aftermarket steel bumper; Did you experience an error message when you unplugged and disconnected the sensors? What can I do to prevent this? I’m installing my rear bumper in a couple weeks and don’t want any snags.

Maybe disconnect the battery first. The system wont know anything was removed or replaced if the system isnt powered. Just a hunch. No experience with this personally.

I have run my mobtown with no issues, make sure the sensors are no longer plugged in and turn off the BSM in the cab
