I've not tried that, is that the insulation Eno sells or something else? I just figured there's no point in spending more money on another thing when I already have something that works just fine.

I have no idea. I can't sleep in a hammock, I sleep well on the ground out in the open. Plus when I go backpacking I'm above treeline more often then not. I haven't looked for boulders to anchor to but why bother when I can't sleep in a hammock anyway? I like the idea of sleeping in a hammock it just doesn't work well for me.

Anyway....I have friends who use the underquilts and say they work really well. I totally agree - why buy another thing when the thing I already have works just fine?

Not a bad idea. I almost bought a 65 liter Dometic Dual Zone fridge on ebay the other day. I was super close and then I looked up the actual dimensions. It's way way bigger than my 43 liter fridge.

The thought of the vast quantity of beer I could carry is still fresh in my mind.

Edit: might have been quarts...still too big for my little truck.

Dude. I’ve had people ask if it’s a wine fridge, a fridge, a keg fridge, a gun safe...

I just tell them it’s got work crap in it.

The wine fridge was my favorite thus far.

Naw, my truck does need to be available as a Daddy Duty truck sometimes though. And my daughter never gets put in a corner, or a big steel white box.

It’s not a question of too loud. It’s a question of fines matching the offense. Talking on the phone is $100 but has the potential to kill someone where exhaust has the potential to nothing but annoying.
