Here's a question for anyone who has experimented with swapping out tires: I recently purchased a 99 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner. After a month of driving it, it appeared that it needed new shocks and structs. I replaced all four with KYB Gas-A-Justs. I was completely shocked to see how much my truck rised. The shocks were completely shot to hell and I must admit that purchasing the KYB's gave me an awesome drive. However, although the PreRunner isn't a 4X4, it now has the height and stance of a 4X4. I currently have 31X10.5/15 Yokohama's on my truck, yet I was interested in installing 33's on it. My only concern is, are 33" tires to large or deep for my wheel wells without giving it a lift?

You could fit 32" tires without lift
