PIAA 510 ?'s

I'm putting a all pro apex bumper on here shortly and all pro recommends the piaa 510! My question is which model? I'm leaning towards the 5196, but read a not so great review! I don't want to be dimmer than my factory dogs, it I also dont w t to be getting flashed consistently! Thanks for your opinions!

The KC G4 is also a 4” light, and one of the best. I would look into using the KCs instead.
