We had a Boss lift installed in our FJ around 2 years ago. At first I thought it was quite good, rode well, looked good. Within 20k km the rear shock broke. Now at 50k km both front struts are blown. The corrosion resistance of these shocks is crap(my billies on my Taco with more Km still look better and don't leak ). My wife is not hard on her FJ,gravel roads with the odd cross ditch,we are mature drivers(50ish)and no jumping haha. For the metricly challenged that's 12k miles and 30k miles ,not a lot. This is our experience with the lift if yours is different then maybe you got a good one but I will try something different now,OME now. Does anyone have similar opinions?
