Sometimes it's the guy before that parked like an asshole, forcing guy #2 to adjust, then guy#1 leaves, and #2 is still there, car all crooked across the perpendicular lines, looking like the asshole, when in fact he was not!

I have a picture somewhere of my old Cherokee. There were 3 parking spots in a row, and the middle one was empty, but the person on either side was over the line towards the middle spot, leaving almost no room. But my Cherokee, being a box, was easy to squeeze into places and I pulled up as far as I could without taking off both their mirrors. I went inside and watched as one car tried to back out and the guy had his girlfriend driving and he was spotting her, as he crouched on the ground making sure she didn't hit me. The other side, a lady came into the sandwich shop and yelled "WHO OWNS A WHITE JEEP?" and I said it was mine. Her: "Well my son can't get into my car. You need to move it." Me: "Well I'll move...But I'm in the lines and you're not." I proceeded to climb in through my passenger side door and move. Why she didn't just back out and then have her passengers get in, I'm not sure. People in the store congratulated me on the way I handled it when I went back inside lol

It was like that when I was in highschool. Snow would cover the lines and the first person would take a guess at where their spot should be, and everyone else had to line up by them. Then, when the snow melted at the end of the day, we'd see just how badly we'd parked

Handicapped parking is reserved for one use only. And that person better have the required tag/hang tag. No one else is authorized to use those spaces.

I worked with a kid that had a job at a brand new one for a while. He'd clock in and leave. Go back in 8 hours and clock out. He lasted 6 weeks or something

Similar to driving on snow when you can't see the lane lines. Three lanes become two.

Me recently... wouldn't have been quite such an issue if I hadn't actually needed to get my bicycle on the rack....

Can't park properly then find another spot. Your neighbor parking poorly is not an excuse for you to do the same.
