I have 5100's on this truck with the 2.5" eibachs, a 3/8 spacer driver's side and 1/4 on the passenger side. 5100's are set at 0 and it rides really well. I had the 5100's with the 1.5" 620pound Eibachs and the struts set at .85 on my other Tacoma and it rode rough. No spacers on them

Finished my homemade bed cover today. 1/2 inch pvc sheeting ( 4' x 8' sheets at HD $70 each) takes 2 cut to fit, reinforced underneath, piano hinged in middle, hinge and edges sealed with rubber strips attached with alum strips screwed over the rubber strips, painted with Rustolum truck bed paint. Pop & Lock tailgate lock ordered. Does not leak like my hard cover did on my old Tundra.
    Answers to questions:
    - framed underneath with 3/4 x 4 inch pvc framing board attached with
    pvc pipe glue and screws.
    - 4 1" aluminum stripes across for increased rigidity.
    - sets on bed rail and used these bed rail slot nuts found on Amazon
to attach cover with bolts and wing nuts. Toyota has the best bed rail.
These rail slot nuts are great.
    - Total material cost about $300.

Started my truck today. -30F air temps from this polar vortex in Minnesota froze up the fuel system this week and I couldn't get it started Wednesday or Thursday. First time this truck has let me down, but she's getting a pass given the circumstances. Finally warmed up enough to thaw out a bit today and she roared back to life. Looking at +40F over the weekend now. Quite a weather change!

One of my next purchases was going to be squadron SPORT r pods in clear, with wide cornering lenses & ensuring the cutoff is below my low beams I was going to run them on road... seeing what you’re saying about them has me reconsidering & perhaps wanting to wait for the SA-E compliant model though. Will it be less lumens or perhaps with a more defined cutoff I wonder.

I have 3/4" thick sheets that I've considered using to make a bed cover. What did you use for the frame?

    Snugtop, more to come!

Yeah, I have the wide cornering lenses and tried different angles. Some guys would be ok with how bright they are on road, but I wasn’t. I was getting a lot of bright-flashes and middle-fingers from people. If they are releasing an SAE version, I’d wait for those. My $.02!

Depending on your state. A lot of stores in CA won’t take them.

Removed the headliner so I can run the wire for the microphone. Might install a dash cam (BlackVue) while the headliner is out.

Found this after I removed the center console. I'll be putting a new carpet in it.
