Are there any shocks that will lift the truck that fit the 5 lugs?

I don’t know a lot about 5 lugs, but shocks themselves won’t lift the front end. UNLESS you use Bilstein 5100’s. And what makes those shocks lift the truck is a perch that compresses the front coil spring tighter than normal. So maybe stiffer springs or 5100’s? Did you already search for a 5 lug lift thread?

Oh i read that wrong. Sorry im tired. I was thinking he was asking for shocks that will fit a already lifted 5 lug. In the rear after a aal you can use 6lug shocks. Up front your only option is a spacer lift

I believe icon back in the day use to make lifted coil overs but they no longer do so you are stuck with the oem ones and spacers.

Unless you go LT up front then you can options but thats lots of $$$
