Anyone have experience with these guys?

Thus far they claimed that FedEx dropped off a package December 7th nad has effectivly been non responsive trying to resolve this. Currently I'm out nearly $1,000 and I do not have parts. I have filed a claim with my credit card company as well looking to protect myself.

My experience has been that they do not answer their phone and only means of communication is by email.

Last message I left is that I want my money back as they have not delivered.

I did not see a vendor review section, but based upon this experience I would stay away from Battle Born Off Road.

Follow up on this as the radio silence from Battle Born continues. Email conversation from December 18th indicate that Jake Mooney is nonresponsive as well.

Calling Battle Born only results in the call going directly to voicemail with the inability to leave a message. Email documentation will be provided to police supporting my claim.

As the companies remain non responsive and BK from Nitro state "it is my problem", the credit card company, police, and BBB can start trying to resolve the problem. At this stage I want nothing to do with Battle Born.

Searching my inbox here Babyjake16 was the user who failed to deliver. He claimed parts were delivered December 7th 2018 as indicated above, yet it is now February. When trying to call him at 702-850-6333 the mailbox is full, or it goes directly to voicemail. Dodging individuals calls and emails is NOT an effective means of resolution.

I have no issues protecting myself while letting others know material facts. Battle Born went from January 3rd to January 31 with NO contact. Battle Born and Jake Mooney was made aware of the issue on December 11th 2018.

Finally heard from Babyjake16 today. Jake claimed their phone is on the fritz which is why one can not reach Battle Born Off Road. Oddly enough this is what Jake claimed Early December. If you are running a business I'd think that a phone is a rather important.

Two months later and I still have no parts. All of January with out any communications.

Today all Jake could tell me is he was looking into it and there is no resolution. I let Jake know I had to protect myself by calling the credit card company since I have not heard back from him for all of January. Jake then proceeded to threaten me and let me know there is nothing him or his company will do to resolve this.

Really great business practice, Do not deliver, ignore your customer, then threaten them. If this is not a warning to stay away from Babyjake16 and Battle Born Off Road, I don't know what is.
