just ordered a 08 offrd 4by...I am replacing a zr2 sonoma..1st import truck..hope experience is good..driving 300 miles to get it at friends dealer..He has assuerd me that once you go toyota thats it..GM will sieze to exist in my future purchases, however I think GM has a few connections with Toyota considering the model exchanges and badging.

K&N Drop in, Bilstein 5100's in front with Readylift kit on top for a 3 in. lift in the front and a 1 in. block in the rear. Next project is going to be TRD Supercharger and Camburg coilover long travel system with custom skid plate and tubes. Maybe some new tires and wheels then..
Im enjoying mine..I bought it last nite..its awesome..im gonna throw some Daystar Shock Spacers and run 33's on it with stock wheels..it looks really nice..great stance..and does well off road..little more stiffness..ill get pics up as soon as i get it done..

Also the cool thing about doing that is it is relativley inexpensive..4 Wheel Parts has them for i think in the area of 60 bucks for the spacer..the tires are gonna cost you more hahaha...but there ya go..2.5 in lift in front with a cool looking pre runner stance with 33's ..simple..and looks good..and also handles well..my buddys sister has it done to her 07 taco..hers is an access cab..
