Trd pro style grille

How does the trd pro style grill fit on a trd off-road? Thinking about ordering one and would like input before i spend that amount of money.

It fits the way the original grille does. If you have TSS, make sure you get the model that has the window cutout for this.

 

It fits perfectly. I purchased an OEM one and installed it myself. No worries and she looks beautiful.

 

Just installed Pro grill on my OR last night. Fairly easy, had to pay extra for OEM TSS piece that was $50. Looks great though. I recommend.

 

When y’all say the tss your talking about the sensor in the front correct?

 

^^^^^ Yes. TSS is the sensor behind the factory emblem. I purchased the garnish for my '19 OR. Lots of videos installing the grilles on the internet. I purchased my grille from The Taco Garage. FreshMexicanTaco on here is who I purchased from.

 

Yes. You can purchase a garnish to protect it from the elements so it doesn't become disabled when wet or whatever, but I decided to not get it because I didn't like the way it looked. Rarely does it tell me to clean the sensor on the MID display when it rains.

 

Installed on my 18 with tss and no garnish. Tss works fine. Knock off grill for me.

Just put a Cali Raised Faux Pro grille on last week. Flawless. I don't have the TSS on my 2016 so they just give you a small plate to screw on in its place.
It's a 15 minute job.

I ALMOST bought those. They look great on your white truck and the grille, too, of course.

 

I was looking at some stealth 6 from scs 17x9 -10 off set

 

@jerryb1984 was there an option for gloss or matte? Tacomabeast has the option and I was curious what each would look like on a white tacoma to debate which I should get.
