i asked my aunt if i could that card on her membership..

i feel it's not worth paying for a membership for only a 3% more cashback than my current 2% cashback Citi card using her account.

i have my address and Citi credit card linked to her prime.. it's nice logging on and getting free shipping.

 

you don't have a Prime membership? it's like the best thing that I've ever bought lol

yeah, so the only way it would be worth it is if I was purchasing enough stuff on Amazon that the extra 3% back using their card instead of my current card would pay for my membership.

the other cashback items they offer on the card aren't that great though.

 

Still very interested to see you do this. The only hurdle with the swap is having to build a bracket the rear spring perch since the frame angles in at the back. Past that is just seems like a lot of measuring and cycling.


Maybe I can hold off on dakars for a year and do the 63 swap as soon as the truck is paid off....

 

I could justify it because I buy so much on Amazon, but yes the other cash back items aren't great...but they're ok. 2% is good since there is no credit card fee, my wells fargo card I have is 1.5% on everything so I use it for stuff I don't get 2 or 5% from Amazon with.

 

Yeah I buy a shit load of stuff on Amazon. Might look into that.
