There are other things out there but literally it gives you the background and info behind the questions.

You sir are correct...unless you're in Canada. For some reason TRD models also come with the curved housing in the Great White North.

lol, I said the same when I first seen it (in this thread I believe) these are labeled non wide angle FYI where as sport/or is wide angle. As you can see the only difference is the inner bottoms but I don’t know what actual losses you’ll get with these or gains with the wide. Admittedly it was purely a subtle cosmetic thing that nobody else will notice unless I pointed it out but it’s mine!

Personally, I have never seen this message. My wife on the other hand.....

She has an '18 Rav4 and has not only seen the please refuel message but has learned there is another message. If you keep driving without refueling it will offer to help you find a nearby station so you can refuel.

From what she told me, if you dismiss the "help" message it goes back to the "please refuel now" message for a minute or 2 then back to the "help" and so forth.

I told her if you ever run out of gas, and you are not at lease 300+ miles from the last station... I will come save you, AFTER I catch my breath from laughing.

What did you use to secure the lights under the hood?

 

They come with a Mounting washer and a sheet 1/4" metal screw in the box. So I used this setup. I am not too worried about rust where I am at. the lights are pretty bulky and heavy for the size, nice quality, so I don't think a velcro or other application is applicable. You can see from the under-hood picture, I used the support struts to mount to.

I really like them, huge amount of light. I am going to install a pressure switch on the system when I get a chance. There are other mounting options on the website.
