    I agree. I don't care for it because it tends to be on the soggy side. I love moist juicy meats as much as the next guy but crockpot roasts are a bit too soggy and any rub doesn't take well. I am interested in giving some of the chicken recipes a try.

    Tonight is a regular on taco Tuesdays for us. Chicken thighs with a can of enchilada sauce cooked all day. You can use that a whole lotta ways.

    Are y'all putting liquid into your pot roast? I do mine dry and do the packs of gravy mix like Murphy posted... I guess that isnt a pot roast cuz no veg... But its a roast in a pot so isn't it?
