i am getting ready to put a USOffroad Winch Mount with a Warn M8000 on the front of a 2014 Tacoma I just purchased. Suspension looks stock. Am I going to need to put different suspension components on to make up for the additional weight.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. First Toyota build.

I am in the middle of doing the same, but I am already lifted 3 inches in the front. I am in the process of also adding KINGS Extended Travel Coilovers up front with 650 coils. Might be overkill but I do intend on putting a skid plate on and some sliders.

@Eyecatcher welcome! I’d going of rough numbers for the winch mount at 60lbs. and a synthetic rope Warn M8000 at 55lbs more if it’s a steel cable. I’d say you’ll be somewhere around +120lbs up front. Best guess is that the added components will bring the front end of your truck noticeably and will Definitely be added stress in you aging OEM Suspension. Hope this helps.

Do you have any suggestions on brands, etc?

Really depends on your needs, not familiar with the 2nd Gen ride height and handling with added weight. But we did install some ARB Old Man Emu Nitro Chargers with heavier springs on my brothers 3rd Gen, and he’s been pretty happy with them. He’s got close to 200lbs, up front with pretty good ride height.

    OME is a good kit.

It really depends on the brand, lift #'s you're looking for and budget

About 120 pounds added weight. Go have your wife stand on your front bumper and see how much the front end sags. If it is too much for your liking get heavier duty springs or a skinnier wife.

If your going heavy up front Ome 886s with nitrochargers are the most affordable route an ride good. For coilovers probably 700lbs springs would be best as to prevent a lot of preload.
