I was actually thinking I could see Ridgeline owners keeping them long term

Guys please read and dump your junky ,cramped Toyotas so that I can afford a newer one. They didn't mention anyone actually sitting in the back seat of the carlike Ridgeline.

Tototas must be bashed since they are the sales champ that must be dethroned.

Figures don't lie, but liars figure.

Don't be jealous of Scott's big hair! LOL. I am 6'1 and don't hit the roof. Fits perfect for me.

Bogus article: The guy that wrote this article hasn't come out of his parent's basement in two years.

Same scam as the "clinical trials" of medical products. First thing I always asked was, "Who is funding the trial?" Follow the money to the pre-ordained results.

If Toyota could make a Tacoma with a motor/trans combo that worked as well as the Colorado's they'd have an absolute market killer.

If GM could build a Colorado that had an interior that was worth even half the price tag, it'd do well too.

As it is I can't handle the Colorado's God awful interior and I can't afford the depreciation. Taco it is

(why does MT find this shit so hard to understand?)

I'm actually more surprised the Ranger did as poor as it did. Their complaints about thinking the suspension was broken sounds bad. Especially for a new to market rig.

    Precisely.

That term is bandied about a lot these days.
But in this case it's blatant.
Tell the rubes whatever serves your purpose and lines your pockets.
The arrogance of that is breathtaking and makes me angry.

To refer back to the 1983 Renault Alliance...
People who bought one based on their recommendation were harmed financially.
They're still doing it, it's SOP.
Unfortunately, they're not alone, and that's how it is.

Don't be a victim of marketing.

I'm 5' 9" and I put one of these in the driver's seat as an experiment for solving sciatica pain. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010TLSFA6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I still have 2 inches above my head. I like the view over the hood scoop now.
I use the manual shift down too to scoot the truck if I need to, no problem.

Have you seen the setup? A single parabolic leaf out back with a single overload, I believe. Their comments don't surprise me.

This is a feeler for the Ranger market and for green lighting the next gen.
