Gravel Guard Yellowing on 2016 White Tacoma

2016 TRD Off Road Access Cab

Hello, I'm considering purchasing a White 2016 TRD Off Road. I noticed the gravel guard or "orange peel" along the bottom door panels are yellowing on both sides.

Is this normal? And if so is it easy enough to repaint either professionally or DIY? Would like to know if others have had any experience with this.
