I have a 2018 trd offroad and I have a Bilstein 5100 struts in the front at 2.75in of lift. at full droop the upper control arm hits the coil spring, any thoughts on how to eliminate this problem until I get total chaos upper control arms?

Drop them down a notch, it’s generally not recommended you run them at the highest setting regardless. Best thing to do is get a pair of coil springs to lift rather than preload the stock coils. You can get coil springs for under $200.
