    I was requested to bring my pizza oven 2100 miles to make some pizzas at my Brother & Sister in Law's place.
    I made pizzas 2 nights. 1st night was my specialty BBQ pizza
    Smoked pulled pork, bacon & onions with 60% my pizza sauce & 40% Kinder's Roasted Garlic BBQ sauce on pizza with two layers of cheese (mozzarella just above sauce & 5 Italian cheese blend on top for last 20 seconds of cooking)
    Total cook time was under 2 minutes (even in sub freezing temps)

    Another brew Pub pizza on the way home. This one was in Utah, beer wasn't that good, but pizza was.
    1st time I ordered a pizza without any meat. Pear slices, candied walnuts, rosemary oil, caramelized onions, Gorgonzola & Mozzarella cheese. Very tasty combo that could have used a little more Gorgonzola.

    The first time I had one I was 5 slices in before I realized there was no red sauce... Nacho cheese replaces it

    That sounds pretty decent to me. Sometimes the acid in the tomatoes for the red sauce messes with my stomach.
