    We dry age our own at my second job. Get the meat fresh from a locally sourced market. Quality is much higher that the vac sealed steaks we used to get.

    I had to get the standard pack, no one could get me the HD in the 3 days I had to get my truck ready for the AOAA meet.

    I actually had my ADS setup sent next day air. It wasn't cheap.
