My drivers side seatbelt has been pulled out all the way(thanks mom) and is folded and now it will not retract and I'm not finding the same seatbelt on any diy site to take the panel off. Help?

Welcome to TW...If you can’t figure it out, take your truck to a local shop and stay away from the dealership. Dealerships like to screw people over particularly women.

    Welcome!

What year is your truck, and is it a regular cab, access cab, or double cab?

Ok, so has the seatbelt just got tangled inside the B-pillar cover or has it lost its ability to retract?
If it just tangled you can remove the upper seatbelt bolt on the B-pillar and remove the B-pillar cover and take a look and maybe it just needs untangling....
If it has lost its ability to retract, broken return spring, then I am not sure if they are serviceable and you may have to change the seat belt as an assembly.
Not sure, though and I'm sure someone else on here would be better suited to advise you.
