Would have preferred a different result but a good game to watch. Cracking first 20 minutes!

Your photo is of Dunnottar, not Eilean Donan, but both are very picturesque castles! Awesome country at every turn! Amazing people made it even better!

Yes... dunnottar. We seen so many castles that it is hard to keep them straight. We are planning on a return trip to do the north 500 and hope to see the orkneys. We have been all around the world and haven't seen anything that compares to scotland. Iceland comes close but scotland is by far the most beautiful

I couldn't agree more. On everything you said. Hard to keep straight all of the wonderful sight names; will never find a better, more agreeable, more friendly, beautiful place; always something new or more to see; endless history to explore; and way too much to mention it all here.
We too, enjoyed Iceland tremendously. What amazing terrain. Amazing people as well.
We're heading over to England this May (75th anniversary of my dad, Chichester, & WW2). http://www.dunkantix.com/secrets/printable/SUPPLEMENT6.pdf
Wife & I plan to spend the rest of our time in Scotland; to include the Orkneys this time. We put over 2000 miles on the rental car (in a fortnight) our last trip to Scotland.
Side note: I was fortunate enough to find the burial grounds of my Clan Chiefs in Perthshire.

Today marks the 277th anniversary of the battle at Drummossie Muir in 1745. Just highlighting the remembrance.
