Yeah but can we replace it with aftermarket struts and shocks made for non-XREAS 4runners or are they not going to fit?

I severely doubt Toyota would put entirely different shock mounts on the frame.

Plus if the only thing you need to do to an XREAS 4runner to fit aftermarket parts on it is remove the XREAS, I'm thinking you're golden.

We are having a little get together over at Mcfate's brewery tonight from 5:30 to whenever. This is the one over by McDowell road, half price pizza tonight! This is the address if any want to roll out, I plan to be there by 6 at the latest.

He said he didn’t mean to scare me if he did, just wanted to admire the truck and grab a few pics. Nice guy, chatted with him for a few min. His son has an 05 so he wanted some pics and said his son would have been drooling over it.

Wife has an 07 4 Runner and one of her struts went out on the XREAS system. We ripped the entire system out and put in Toytec coil-over suspension with TC uppers. It rides really good, not as smooth as the XREAS but that was expected. We had Avid Off Road do the install and there were no conversion parts needed to install the suspension that came with the Toytec kit.

How many of you would be interested in a Pelfreybilt (formerly) front bumper, skid plate, rear bumper or sliders at say, half price their original pricing?

Curious on what you would want and what the interest is?
