I got the stock audio 2019 TRD OR non JBL. what is the stock head unit RMS to each speaker?

I upgraded with the following:
- kicker hideaway
- Infiniti primus 9610cs
- infiniti reference in back

It sounds way more crisp and bass is HUGE, but the speaker volume is pretty low.

How much more RMS per speaker can I get with a new head unit?

Debating head unit vs amp. I really wanted to keep my stock head unit and make this simple and cheap.

 

That taco tunes stuff seems way complicated and way expensive.

 

Factory RMS is less than 5w per channel (tested, re-tested, confirmed)

Aftermarket head unit will bump you to 17-22w RMS.

Small brick amp (Kicker Key, alpine power pack, etc) will throw you to 45w

Larger 4ch amps will range from 50-75w, sometimes 100w

I started installing tons of the Kicker Key once it came out due to having a microphone and it does time alignment and auto-EQ that makes our factory radios sound so much better.

I started mentioning it in the larger audio threads on here and it’s taken off. There’s a huge thread of people saying they installed it and love it.
Runs $200, plus about $10 for the male and female harnesses to make it plug-and-play. Can be installed and tuned in less than an hour once the harness is built. All you need is a pair of crimpers or a soldering iron.
