    Day 1. New preworkout. Fitbit shows a big difference but I’m letting it be a mental thing for now. Gonna see how the results hang out for the rest of the week.

    188-189 currently and maintaining it. Wanting to drop back to 180-185 if I can but it’s not a big deal.

    It sucks getting started but if you just stay focused and don’t give up, it becomes easy and just daily life. I feel bad for skipping the gym now whenever I used to skip it all the time lol.

    From 218-220 to 188-190 without any keto or crazy diets

    Well I've never been quite that big haha.

    Biggest I've been is 215 at 6'2. Felt great but I looked a little soft.

    The big lifts are a lot more fun when you're bulking, and just painful when cutting haha

    Struggles?
    I've been out of the gym since Thanksgiving. Tried to go back after new years, and I pinched a nerve in my back. That took 2 weeks. Then I was cutting up a tree that fell. Ended up getting poison ivy on my arms and hands. Another 3 weeks. It's almost healed!! Hope Monday is gym time

    Just maintaining for me. Reached an "equilibrium" point last year about this time and have stayed there pretty much since. Last few months though, have been pushing higher past the range I want to stay in and having mental problems doing what needs to be done. :annoyed:
