    looking for info on what offset i need to keep from rubbing will go off road some also will be leveling in the next year or so but want 0 rub if possible with 8 or 8.5 wide wheels i will be on 265/70 17 or 265/75 16 would also like to be flush or just outside of fenders a little

    zero offset wheels on those tire sizes and you're good, that's it.

    just pick the wheels you like. shoot for zero offset. with those tires sizes your wheel width 8 or 8.5 doesn't matter at all.

    Awesome thanks for the info i was under the impression that the width would change off set i need and all the tire places are saying i need 6 or more so wanted other input

    wheel width will not change the offset, these are different measurements.

    here's a pic of mine, slight difference in tire size but not much. the zero offset is flush. this is 17x8, 0 offset, 4.5" backspace with 265/65-17 tires. IMG_20171231_161802.jpg
