    It was actually almost a full 3”, I believe my stock suspension being 14yrs old possibly had some droop

    Right on. Getting my Camburg Bilstein performance kit next week and it says you can get 2.5” out of it. I wanted to see where your truck was so I could have an idea for mine, appreciate it. Truck looks awesome man !
