If I remember right, they didn't make a lot of them, which is why you don't see them and they are pretty hard to find now. I almost traded in my tacoma for a used LC200 because it was in Amazon Green, which is pretty close.

 

Where is that Start/Finish banner and what is significant about it? I have seen similar pictures a few times. I am taking a road trip from Central, WA down to Phoenix, AZ earlier April. Thinking I may need to add this into the trip?

 

Spruce mica, great color. I believe they only put it on 2013s, maybe 14s too. It definitely wasn't available anymore when I bought my 15 or else I'd have a green truck instead of blue. Your truck definitely looks lifted already too, nice score.

 

It was the start/finish/pit area for the Knolls stop of the Bonneville Offroad Race Series. I work the events as one of the recovery trucks, and snapped that before we wandered half of the 50 mile track to get to our assigned staging spot for the next morning. Made for a late night, but beat having to get up hella early to not get run over by a trophy truck the next morning as you were trying to make it out to your grid. That's the story of the last photo too. That truck got bogged in the sand, and I had to go unstick them. I could do 10-15 mph tops over terrain those things can cover at 80+. Took me an hour and a half to make it the 25 miles to my zone, and those trucks 20 minutes during the race.

I did too. But adding 16-20K of new debt to my life when I am trying to buy a house would be a dumb decision. I'll have an LC side ho vehicle in my life sooner or later.
