    No. You must not drive in high heeled shoes, and this is regardless of whether the vehicle is manual or automatic.
    While not technically illegal in and of itself, it significantly reduces your control over the levers and can lead to loss of control.
    There is no excuse.
    Take them off to drive.

    Safety comes first, and further, while driving, you will be sitting in the driver's seat, so they won't make your ass stick out like they do when you're standing, so NO POINT in keeping them on.
