Alright so I have a pop up camper that I tow and typically toss everything in the camper or under the trifold tonneau cover. Well now i want to start taking two adult and two kid bikes along. Bed rails with racks would work but maybe not so much with the tri fold. I can see making something work with a roll up.

Another option is weld on a receiver to the back of the camper but I dont think the current bumper is strong enough so that would be some work.

    Any other ideas? Suggestions?

KB voodoo hirise all the way. That’s what I have to put snowboards on top of the bed and keep the bed itself free for whatever else I’m bringing along.

Rails on top of camper. I have seen many pop-up campers with rails. bikes rakes on rails, canoes, cargo tops, and ect.

I would think mounting a bike rack on the camper will be the cheapest option. Just hit up a muffler shop to do the welding. Though you might find other uses for the bed bars in the long run.

Rack on the camper might do but if you have ever looked at what a pop up roof is made of they arent strong. Aluminum skin with foam and plywood essentially. Right now I strap my kayaks on the roof of the camper. One on each side of the ac.

I am not against welding. I have a mig and could weld some mild steel. I like the idea of the voodoo rack. Or maybe even some pivoting bars over the bed.
