    That's good news, sounds like it was just a low voltage issue then.

    You may have already done this:
    If your scan tool can do a computer reset, that would be a good thing to do. Start fresh with no error codes stored in memory......

    Also keep an eye on your battery, especially a three year old Toyota battery. This type of lead acid battery does not do well fully recovering from a deep discharge. Although you have now driven it over 1000 miles if you have a battery charger I would suggest you give the battery a full charge. Only start charging after the battery surface charge has been removed.
