4x4 swappin shit going down at my house this weekend. I'll probably be working on it all weekend, but I'm hoping to be doing the Trans/Tcase on Sunday.

Not gonna lie... I'll need help with that part.

Weather looks like it'll be shit... But the work will be going down inside garage. I'll provide the beer, my wife is making her bomb assed salsa, and I'm sure she's going to cook something good.

Thanks for the suggestion, it may look like some serious lumber up front but it's pretty damn light. I'm still able to lift the front and move the trailer around by hand

 

Granted. But after you start loading that puppy up with gear, holy moly. It's like back when I was backpacking I would fill every available space and end up with 50 lbs for a three day trip.

 

Haha yeah I just bought 2 smaller duffle bags. My girl can only take what fits in 1 of the bags. Most of the actual camp gear will be in the drawer that slides under the platform in the bed. So it will be centered in the bed left to right and above the axle. Up front is going to be the grill, 2 camp chairs, a small camp table and cooking equipment in the lower storage compartment and possibly the battery later on. Propane tank will be on the tongue. Spare tire is going to go in the rear in the stock location. Upper storage area will be clothing and things we would need while inside. Hopefully this next week I will be going to get it weighed. Just waiting on a buddy to let me know when I can swing by his work and get it done. I'm guessing weigh it empty? No tank just the spare? I want to get an empty weight and then a "loaded ready to camp" weight. Just to see where I should move the gear to adjust weight

 

Going to spin hookers in the field. Fuck it my wife has a winch if I get in a pickle. And I have a couple dozers if she does.

Someone must have taken a tour and counted the bumpers and sliders. If there are 50 front bumpers that 50k in product alone (looks like it in pictures), not to mention rear bumpers and sliders.
