I’m shocked. That’s incredible.

 

Found my campsite for the night, good cell service so I guess y'all are stuck with me.

 

Turns out the closer you get to Las Vegas the less likely you are to be away from cell service.

 

Yeah it was definitely a plot twist alright. For them to lay down that kind of cash is incredible. Hope they're able to make everyone whole that got burned and make back what each of them put in on it, maybe even a profit for all the work it'll take. But damn that's a lot of money.

This is the first time I’ve had freezing rain, it all popped off the side of my truck that was facing the wind, it was so satisfying

 

Can't go wrong with either of those man

 

Just did the math so far. I have just a smidge under 1/8th of a tank left and the truck has gone 287mi today. And a lot of that was 75mph and 80mph with plenty of supercharger for passing and going up grades. Gonna be interested to get the final number when I fill up tomorrow.

 

Where abouts is that location? Looks peaceful af. Make me wanna get my little trout fishing setup out and tinker lol

 

It’s not time for a rotation yet. My usual junkyard schedule rotated every four months so new cars can be brought in.

 

Those pros and cons are yours, it's all opinion man. But both of those are well built, solid reputation on both and both perform well when you hit a kangaroo. Well the ARB does at least, prolly why ARB calls it a Roo bar

About 1mi south of the Nevada/Arizona border off of US93, goes right down to the lake but there were folks fishing so I setup a bit farther up.

 

I’ve used it plenty, but for other things. When I was doing my 4x4 swap the jack for hung up by the engine, so I had to use Wood cribbing and the hi lift to remove the transmission jack.

 

I don’t know how you missed it.

 

Gotta be a fluke right? Unless you can duplicate it on another tank. That's pretty darn good mpgs if it stays consistent. What's the normal mpg for you in this scenario?

It usually pulls around 21MPG if I'm not driving like a complete asshole. If it's just around town 18-19mpg

 

That is real good dude. I'm almost stock and 200k miles and I drive like gramps kinda and get 20 mpg highway. Combined or city I can see like 15-16 and that bites
