I have a set of double cab shark running boards for sale. I modified them to fit my access cab. I added an extra plate inside the structure to bolt the rear bracket to. So, this particular set of shark running boards will bolt up to an Access Cab OR a Double Cab! All brackets and hardware are accounted for. They are ready to bolt right up!

These are over $500 brand new from a dealer (TRD4U in DFW). I ran these for about 8 months. I’m asking for $350 or best offer. Not looking for a trade. Prefer not to ship these big behemoths. I am in San Antonio and I’m willing to drive within 100 miles to meet for the sale.

Here is a pic of them right after I installed them on my 2016 Access Cab.

A later picture from the side showing how far they go “wheel to wheel”. They have a slider look which is why I went this route.

You can see the new plate I added to the internal structure of the boards to provide another bolt through location.

In my opinion these are the nicest running boards you could have on a Tacoma. Not to sabotage your thread OP but I have some that are less than two months old I’m selling for the same price (obo). Located in Denver, Co. pick up only.

The top "visible" part is, I think, it may be light gauge steel. The internal sturcture and the brackets are steel, I believe. They are much heavier and thicker. Each board weighs around 25-30 pounds.

I somewhat agree. Some people aren’t going to drop $800-$1000 on rock sliders. Some TW members just want running boards so they and their family can get in and out of their truck easier.
