Nice do you have pics of the arms during that process as well? So you went right over the red Powder coating? What blue is that if I may ask?

You CAN paint over the powder coat. I would scuff real good and wipe down with a little acetone after. Wipe with tack cloth and spray.

Here is a cool blue color and its epoxy paint.

Epoxy spray paint has a hardner in it to make it more durable. It depends on the manufacturer but some have cans where the resin and hardner mix in the can before it sprays. Im not sure on the exact science of it but Ive used it a ton and it works great, very durable.

These numbers are reasonable right? I've had some luck at Firestone and the tech was saying how he has a tundra with fox coilovers and total chaos uca's so he knew about the added caster. Seems to drive good so far, tracks great.

    Whole lotta stuff
Those should be fine. I have about the exact same numbers for caster with 285s.

hey everyone...so I'm fully admitting I didn't browse 195 pages here...I was going to get SPC arms but a few folks recommended JBA high caster ones. Any pros/cons towards either? Who has the best price on these? Thanks

I’ve seen twice now where people’s SPC get knocked out of alignment at the point of adjustment. Big con for me.

Thanks. JBA is already a good price and Marlin just emailed saying they offer military discount so I'll probably just go through him.

If going down to bare metal, is there a preferred primer for epoxy spray paint? Sorry, didn't mean to jack the topic. I have a rack that should be touched up one last time. No names , but it rhymes with Boodoo.

Hey guys, I know this is probably a dumb question, but I have learned a lot form this forum as a first time truck owner and hoping to learn more

With that being said, got an email from marlin reminding me it’s time to grease my ucas. He mentions what grease to use but I’m unsure what to do and how much of it to use. Can anybody give me some instructions on how to properly grease these ucas?
