Fun fact, lived in an apt complex with a guy who had a laser like that. Was dinging it off the side of a water tower then saw a car creeping and pointed it at that. Turned out to be a police cruiser.... WHOOPS.
They were all in our face till they realized I was recording. Then were mellow and just confiscated the laser and said he could come down to the police dept and pick it up later.
