Only adding an extra inch I honestly don’t think it’s gonna cause any problems as I have the after market control arms and diff drop already on the truck...

I'm getting that bedcover. Just looked at their site and I think it will be perfect for me. Any thoughts on it so far?

Getting a 5/8 drill bit for the drain holes today. Initial thoughts are that I like the way it attaches, the instructions are SHIT!!!! You will NOT be able to use any tie downs on your rail. The rail is completely covered once you install the driver and passenger cover frames. Feels like it fits tight but will get the drain tubes in and see how well it keeps out water. Also going to do a little research and see if I can use a heat gun to conform the edge stripping and see if that lays it down to seat better ( if needed ). With a 5ft bed the bi fold will work fine.
