    Do you get to choose?

I forget who my guy was the first time I went. I asked them to check the rear view mirror since near as I can tell, the autodimming feature does not work. He said they couldn't since the routine service work was done in a different shop than the repair work? WTF? Do they drive it over to JiffyLube for oil changes? But when he brought it back he said he ran it over to the other shop and they had time to check it out. Said everything works fine, so I guess I am just imagining that it does not change regardless of how much light is shining on it and whether I turn it on or off.

Easy way to test it is have your truck on (or key to on) and cover the light sensor that faces the front of your truck with your finger. Then shine a flashlight into the sensor on the one facing towards you. It’ll darken up real quick and be very obvious.

Yep you get to choose if you book the appointment online. I don't pick anyone else other than Dana. Wife's Highlander has had to have some warranty stuff done and Everytime Dana makes sure we don't have any other open items. Never had one bad experience with her.

I'll try that with covering the sensor. I shined a light into it at night and never saw it darken. Maybe I was getting bounce back off the windshield from the flashlight.

Which one of you people drives a white TRD Sport with these wheels and literally NO exhaust whatsoever? Probably sounds like somebody farting into a bathtub.

I do this for Culpeper whenever I take my truck in...only deal with one specific service manager (Robbie) either online or on the phone. Come to think of it, I do this at Sterling BMW when I take my wife's X1 in also.

I saw that truck yesterday but didn't recognize the driver. I waved and he didn't wave back...

I got Adam. Was supposed to be an oil change at 7:30 a.m. They decided to do recall work without telling me, which I learned at 11. I asked for an ETA since I had a noon work meeting in Springfield. I never got the ETA, had to Uber to work at the last moment, was 10 minutes late and missed a free lunch. Didn't start my Friday well. Will have to Uber back there later I guess.

One step closer to KOONNNGGGSSSSS in the rear. They’re in, but need to set up my rear limiting straps before anything, as well as make sure my rear brake lines are long enough.
