Has anyone bought any of the large Baja LED lights from Matt Gecko LEDs? I’d like to hear some reviews and see some nighttime output pics before purchasing.

ran into a issue. so they even machined the oring seal, but they glued the thing together lol, need to figure out how to remove the lens.
but so far the bezel is cheap plastic and the lens is also much thinner and cheaper looking. the rear housing looks just like the BD ones.
the other thing i noticed it uses much smaller screws then BD.
i will get the lumin meter out tomorrow and do some measuring then i will break that lens out lol

so looking at the lux output its much less then a bd light.
the Gecko light comes in at 65600 lux at 1ft (if i did that wrong please let me know lol)
    20180921_194219.jpg

the baja designs light came in at 187500 lux at 1ft

so spend a little more then double of the china one you get something made in america and much much brighter :D
overall not a bad light for the price, but no idea how well it does in real conditions. i might install them on the wifes car lol

not really, the lens is dead. but the bd lens fits fine lol.
but as you can see above, it produces less then half the light output of a real BD light.
