    A few guys shelled out $131k of their own money with the intent to try to right a wrong for a bunch of people that they've never met and had no guarantee of what the financial outcome was going to be and you guys are here accusing them of fraud? of course, they're going to want to get their $131K back. did you expect them to just open the doors and give it all away for free? the auction could have been won by someone who had no personal investment in this community and everyone would be up in arms about it. these guys are trying to make sure that the folks who were already screwed over once are given at least some chance of getting their merchandise before offering the remaining inventory to the public.

    out of all of the scenarios that this whole ordeal with the Pelfrey's could have played out this is probably the best case.
