456 gears. OV tune. Lift. 285/70/17 tires

I have the ECT on default module purchased of forum and it worked great until I installed TechStream and cleared “learned values” on truck. It has stopped defaulting to on when starting truck. Any suggestions on how I can get it to work again? Thanks for your help. It magically started back working.
